December Fishing Report 24'

Winter in Louisiana can be unpredictable, with cold fronts moving through regularly. While these fronts cool water temperatures, they can also concentrate redfish into smaller areas, increasing your chances of finding them. With the colder conditions we saw an increase in redfish pushing in the interior marsh. In addition to that we also had some luck fishing in some deeper channels. These channels retain warmth which you will often find some fish hanging out in these areas. Even with the constant battle with wind, rain, & constant cloud coverage we still managed to have some awesome days on the water this December.
