Fishing Report
Finding good tidal flow this summer has been important. Incoming tides may bring dirty water into shallows; falling or outgoing tides often flush things and improve visibility. Big redfish are moving into the interior marsh, especially as schools break up later in the summer. There has definitely been no lack of redfish still more slot size than bulls but, the number of big reds in the marsh has been rapidly increasing. The big hit this summer has been the Jack bite! This summers been full of great topwater action throwing at schools of jacks! Whether its a blow up on a popper from a jack or a tailing red , this summer has been eventful.
